Retail Vendor Application: October-December 2026

This application is to become a retail vendor at Hartwell from October 1st-December 31st. * WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CLOTHING VENDORS AT THIS TIME* * THIS IS NOT AN APPLICATION FOR ARTISTS LOOKING FOR WALL SAPCE* The shelf space is 3ft and the cost is $75 for the entire quarter. We cannot accept clothing racks or food that is not shelf stable. Payment is expected to be made at the beginning of October and is billed through square. Vendors are paid directly via QR code which is linked to your PayPal, Venmo, square, etc. You are responsible for creating and displaying your own QR code linked to your preferred payment method. Hartwell does not take a portion of sales. Hartwell does not store products, you are responsible for setting up, restocking and maintaining your own shelf.
